RETURNS POLICY

Hohongindustrial.com values its customers and ensures that all return requests are handled with extreme care. Our customer-friendly return policy lets you process refund /replacement requests quickly and with ease. But first of all, we hope the customer understands that the shipment will be out of our control once it was shipped out, as well as we can not predict whether the goods is missing or damaged by a rude manner of behavior by the carrier or deliveryman.

Returns & exchanges must be within 30 days of the original invoice. After 30 days of receipt of your order, any return will not be accepted for any reason. All products must be returned in a re-sellable condition, and in their original package including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.

And please read the following policy first:

a. We have offered all the product pictures and descriptions on our website. Please make sure you have chosen the model and color that you want. We do not accept the return of a product for refund or exchange if it is because of the wrong order information you have filled in.

b. Upon receipt of the parcel, please examine your ordered item carefully. If you received a poor-quality product or a wrong product other than the one you ordered, please take photos of the item and send it back to us within 15 days of receipt. Then we will resend a new item to you without additional charges or issue a refund for you.

c. If you want to return the product just because you do not want it, please notice that the return shipping fee is at your expense. The original shipping fee is not refundable, and a 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

d. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your interest, we suggest you send back your parcel via a traceable method.

If you want to return the ordered product, Please attach a note with the following information:
1) Order Number
2) Product Code/Product Name
3) Details of the reason for your return
4) A refund or exchange as the solution

General Terms

  • Merchandise to be sent for return/exchange must be sent back with original packing. Boxes, manuals, and warranty information (if any) must be intact.
  • The completed Return Form with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany the merchandise. NOTE: Packages with incomplete Return Forms or without RMA# will not be processed.
  • RMA numbers for domestic orders (within the USA) are valid for 2 weeks. RMA numbers should be clearly marked on return packages so that they are identified for return processing. For international orders, the RMA#s are valid for 1 month. NOTE: Returns sent after the RMA expiry date will not be processed. Customers will need to obtain a new RMA#, if the product is still within the warranty period, to process return/exchange.
  • We recommend customers use a traceable system for sending us their return package. Hohongindustrial.com will not be responsible for any delay or loss of package in transit.
  • Please clearly mark the reason(s) for return on the Return Form so that we may serve you better in the future.
  • Under no circumstances will returns for software be processed once the installation key has been sent to the customer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, unless the product is determined to be broken or if there is a manufacturer defect.

Exchange / Replacement

  • Defective or damaged merchandise can be replaced within 30 days from the date of invoice. All such products will be examined by our technical team and if found to be broken/defective will be replaced.
  • The exchanged/replaced product will be shipped FREE through Airmail Shipping mode. Please consult a Customer Service Representative if you would like an upgrade on shipping mode (for an additional charge).

Refund

  • Hohongindustrial.com has a 30-day refund policy from the date of invoice.
  • All open box refunds are subject to a deduction of 15% of product price or $5 (whichever is higher) for handling & restocking charges.
  • Pay attention that Charges are not applicable if the product is broken/defective.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Sending Returns Request

  • Go to My Account, on the right column, you can find the Order button in the My Account section. Next, find the order ID which you want to get RETURN OR REFUND. You will see a button "Registration of the return". Click and submit your RETURN OR REFUND request.
  • The second way to request a RETURN OR REFUND is to send us an email, which will be answered within 24 business. Please provide us a reason as clear as possible.

Refunds will be credited to the original way of payment only. And replacements will be shipped out only after the returned item has been received. After we received your returned parcel, we will contact you. Please allow up to 15 working days from the date we receive your return to process your return or exchange.
