Yoga is a very personal practice, so it ultimately depends on what makes you feel comfortable. Generally, comfortable and breathable clothing such as leggings, shorts, tank tops or t-shirts are ideal. It is important to wear clothes that allow for flexibility and movement. You may want to bring a lightweight jacket or long-sleeved shirt for the cool-down portion of your practice. Make sure to wear non-slip socks or go barefoot.
